Pre-Order Policy

Some items sold through our shop may be offered as pre-order products. Any item that is a pre-order will be clearly marked as such on the product page.

Pre-order items are not ready to ship immediately. By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and agree that your order will ship approximately 2–4 weeks after the pre-order release window closes. Production and fulfillment begin once the release window has ended.

Please note:

• Any item marked as pre-order is subject to the extended fulfillment timeline listed above.

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by production, fulfillment, or carrier delays.

• If you believe your order is delayed, stuck, or missing, please reach out to us and we will be happy to look into it.
